Partnering with leading road contractors: How Minster Group has helped shape Britain’s road infrastructure
We’re proud to work with some of the best civil engineering organisations in the country, delivering projects to keep Britain’s roads safe and helping support the UK’s economy.
For over 20 years, Minster Group has been trusted to work on a number of commercial and local authority engineering works with support from leading road contractors across the UK.
Our partnerships alongside Eurovia, Tarmac, Kiely Bros, National Road Planing (NRP), Balfour Beatty, Breedon Group, Lincs Lining and Galliford Try have helped us improve over 50,000 kms of the UK’s highways network.
The partnerships have seen the civil engineering and road surface specialists working together on a number of high-scale projects – from installing drainage and reinstatement work to the construction of new roundabouts and important road resurfacing. As a result of this work, Minster Group has been able to improve safety, congestion and traffic flow for millions of motorists across the country.
These partnerships have also allowed us to secure significant contracts from authorities in Lincolnshire, Shropshire, Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire and London; contributing to the local economy and improving road access throughout the UK.
As a green organisation, we remain committed to using the latest waste reduction strategies, and, by working alongside national road contracting partners, we’ve been able to continue our work towards a sustainable future. We routinely produce roads that are 50% recycled and we recycle road material as soon as it’s removed from an existing surface, enabling us to re-use on site. We also safely recycle material containing coal-tar, saving councils up to £100 per tonne in landfill costs.
The vast experience and capabilities across all our partnerships, has allowed us to draw on advanced skills to deliver a range of road construction services to keep Britain’s roads safe.
